Increase Protein Consumption

It may seem purpose defeating in the diet to increase protein consumption. Most people associate protein with meat, meat with so much cholesterol, and cholesterol with weight gain. That is such a misconception. Protein is important in the diet. That Meat doesn't own proteins, even nuts and beans are rich in proteins. You can make it as an alternative if you do not want to eat meat, or if you want to eat meat, choose the lean ones.

Increase Fiber in the Diet
